FS2002/FS2004 Nieuport 11 Alvaro Leonardi |
FS2002/FS2004 Nieuport 11 Alvaro Leonardi. The Nieuport 11 was a fast, manoeuvrable but lightly armed fighting scout of the Great War. During the 1960s Lee Pfieffer and Joe Addams built this accurate full-scale replica, using an original Le Rhone rotary powerplant. After flying the North American circuit for several years, the aircraft, now painted in the colors of Italian ace Alvaro Leonardi, now flies in New Zealand, and is one of the stars of the biennial Classic Fighters airshow held at Omaka Aerodrome. Designed to complement Robin Corn's "RealNZ Marlborough" scenery package. Textures only for the Nieuport 11 of I D'Attomo and Giovanni Quai. By Zac Yates, Virtual Vintage Flyers NZ. 582 kb |

FS2002/FS2004 SEPECAT Jaguar GR.1A |
FS2002/FS2004 SEPECAT Jaguar GR.1A. A ground-attack aircraft that Britain and France jointly developed. It was meant to be able to invade enemy territory at minimum altitude with no ground support at all. The thin body and the main wings of low-aspect ratio are combined. This XZ364 plane made 47 sorties at the bay shore region in "Desert Storm" operation. Four kinds of models (clean / with pylon / with under weapon / with full weapon) are included. FS2004 Rideable Black Stallion |
The top speed of this horse is 42 kts orverspeeding can get a little hairy. It is best to turn crash off when riding in tight cover such as trees. The switch on the saddlehorn controls the speed of the animation rightclick to turn on left to turn off. Also there are some Nav Sim icons on the saddle so you dont get lost.LOL The horse has brakes so just think of them as pulling back on the reins. Gentle use of the rudder will keep you and your horse upright and riding smooth. Turn up your volume on the Environment sound setting so you can hear the wind in your ears and the hoofbeats. Riding through hills and heavy cover just makes the ride more enjoyable as you negotiate turns and pitch and roll over hills. By Ebnit Aeronautics Greg Ebnit 15 mb |

FS2004 RE 2005 Sagittario |
FS2004 RE 2005 Sagittario. The keen bombing of the 'Officine Reggiane' by the allied superior forces, suddenly stopped the production of this fascinating plane. Only 38 were built (eight for Luftwaffe...the German pilots loved it). This model features highly reflective metallic skin and full animations. The panel background has been created entirely from scratch, based on photographic material found on the net and some photos shot by the authors. Most of the gauges have been created by the authors; some are default gauges. Included in this model is a very simple virtual cockpit, with working essential flight instruments and animated flight controls. By Giovanni Quai and Italo D'Attomo. 1.5 mb |

FS2004 Grumman AF-2S Guardian |
FS2004 Grumman AF-2S Guardian. The Grumman AF-2 Guardian was a single-engine, carrier-based, anti-submarine aircraft used by the US Navy during the Korean War. A prototype of the Guardian first flew on 18 December 1946, but the Guardian went through a lengthy development process with several different prototypes being built. The first production Guardian flew on 17 November 1949, and Guardians entered service with the US Navy on 18 October 1950. The Guardian was designed to be used in hunter/killer pairs. The "hunter", the AF-2W, had a four-man crew operating a ventral radar. The "killer", the AF-2S or AF-3S, had a two-man crew and could carry up to 4,000 lbs. of internal and 1,500 lbs. of external ordnance, typically sonobouys and depth charges. The Guardian had a 2,400 hp engine and a maximum speed of 317 mph. About 400 of all versions were built. Guardians flew combat missions from US Navy aircraft carriers in Korean waters from March 1951 through May 1953.The Guardian remained in service with the US Navy until 1955. By Marty Strong. 10 mb |

FS2002/FS2004 Scaled Composites ARES |
FS2002/FS2004 Scaled Composites "ARES". This is the Scaled Composites Model 151 "ARES" (Agile Responsive Effective Support) designed as a "mud fighter" ground support aircraft in response to the US Army's request for a Low Cost Battlefield Attack Aircraft (LCBAA). It is powered by a single Pratt & Whitney JT15D-1 turbojet engine. The original design was a pusher turboprop and evolved into the current design when Scaled Composites decided to build N151SC as a demonstrator. The ARES first flew on February 19, 1990 and is still available for use as a research testbed. Two kinds of models (prototype and virtual U.S. Army paint with weapon) are included.
