The Airco DH.4 was a British two-seat biplane day-bomber of the First World War. It was designed by Geoffrey de Havilland (hence "DH" for Airco, Production was by Airco, F.W. Berwick and Co, Glendower Aircraft Company, Palladium Autocars, Vulcan Motor and Engineering, and the Westland Aircraft Works in the UK. A total of 1,449 aircraft (from orders for 1,700 aircraft) were made in the UK for the RFC and RNAS.[5] SABCA of Belgium made a further 15 in 1926.

Arado Ar 234 was the world�s first operational jet-powered bomber, built by the German Arado company in the closing stages of World War II. Produced in very limited numbers, it was used almost entirely in the reconnaissance role, but in its few uses as a bomber it proved to be nearly impossible to intercept. It was the last Luftwaffe aircraft to fly over England during the war, in April 1945. The Ar 234C was equipped with four BMW 003A engines, mounted in a pair of twin-engine nacelles based on those from the eighth Ar 234 prototype. The primary reason for this switch was to free up Junkers Jumo 004s for use by the Me 262, but the change improved overall thrust, especially in takeoff and climb-to-altitude performance. An improved cockpit design, with a slightly bulged outline for the upper contour, also used a much-simplified window design for ease of production. Airspeed was found to be about 20% higher than the B series and the faster climb to altitude meant more efficient flight and increased range.

The Grumman J2F Duck (company designation G-15) was an American single-engine amphibious biplane. The J2F was an equal-span single-bay biplane with a large monocoque central float which also housed the retractable main landing gear. It had strut-mounted stabiliser floats beneath each lower wing. A crew of two or three were carried in tandem cockpits, forward for the pilot and rear for an observer with room for a radio operator if required. It had a cabin in the fuselage for two passengers or a stretcher.

The Duck's main pontoon was blended into the fuselage, making it almost a flying boat despite its similarity to a conventional landplane which has been float-equipped. This configuration was shared with the earlier Loening OL, Grumman having acquired the rights to Loening's hull, float and undercarriage designs. The aircraft was used by both the United States Navy and United States Coast Guard, with the latter using them as utility aircraft for missions including mapping, rescue work, photography, and a target training.

During the Winter War, the Finnish Air Force (FAF) obtained 30 Mk II fighters from the UK. Ten of the aircraft were donated while the other 20 were bought by the FAF; all were delivered between 18 January and 16 February 1940.[17] The Finnish Gladiators served until 1945. The Finnish Air Force obtained 45 aerial victories by 22 pilots with the aircraft type during the Winter War and one victory during the Continuation War. Twelve Gladiators were lost in combat during the Winter War and three during the Continuation War.[17] Two pilots became aces with this aircraft: Oiva Tuominen (6.5 victories with Gladiators) and Paavo Berg (five victories).

Besides the FAF Gladiators, the Swedish Voluntary Air Force, responsible for the air defence of northern Finland during the later part of the war, was also equipped with Gladiator fighters, designated as J8s (Mk Is) and J8As (Mk IIs) by the Swedes. The Flying Regiment F 19 arrived in Finnish Lapland on 10 January 1940, and remained there until the end of the hostilities. It fielded 12 Gladiator Mk II fighters

Siberut AB is a (Fictional) Air Base of the GPEO which is a group (Virtual Air Force) that stands for, displays and promotes Freedom. The Scenery is mostly for Military Operations Excitement and Fun, though the scenery can be fun for Bush flying. It is detailed down to Street level with the Lights on the Roads, Taxi signs with directions, and more. There is a Bombing Range with craters on it which is about 20 Miles out from the main base at a heading of 320; a Beach for practicing C-130 combat landings and take offs or any other heavy STOL craft or even Bush planes, (it is to the North a ways on another Island about 59 Miles out from Siberut AB, at a heading of 334). There is a small field and a short grass runway just a few miles outside of the main base, about 7 Miles from the base at a heading of 030, and could be used for various types of small military cargo or Bush style craft (great for C-130�s) to practice combat landing and take offs.

If driving around on the ground with a vehicle you may see a Hotel, Gas Station (the gas station actually fuels you up if you park there). There is a Church, a Fast Food restaurant, a Hospital, a Motor pool, (which is inside the main base). A small area under construction with an area prospected to be a future command center, with a detailed Chopper Pad built as the GPEO Symbol of Freedom, which symbolizes that Freedom is being constructed and maintained. On the Mainland of Sumatra there is a Special Compound which has an extended Hanger with a fuel station and a barracks building, a small mansion and a chopper pad. The Compounds coordinates are LAT: S0 26.30 � LON: E100 30.96, or is about 127 Miles at a heading of 060 from the main base, between two large lakes, about 8 Miles North of the Southern lake (on the mainland of Sumatra). A small Fighter Type craft and a Chopper could be housed there at the Compound. From the Compound there is a road leading to the main highway, which could be used for small aircraft to take off and land on, but it is tricky and bumpy. There is a radio post where the road meets the intersection which has a parking lot, and a radio tower.

If you like to fly through winding tunnels (which are lit up at night with a futuristic feel to it), search for and camp at abandon rigs, land on and hop back and forth from Naval ships to all kinds of other interesting sites, search and rescue the crews from the aftermath of a Naval battle where ships are on fire, land at chopper docks in the water, or just explore the scenery having fun and excitement in choppers, racing friends through tunnels, chaise each other with fighters and other cool craft, or use small seaplanes or other agile craft, maybe play a game of hide and seek with friends (would be fun in fogged out weather) this scenery might just be for you !

This scenery features winding tunnels, lights all over for night action, tunnel race track, many fueling areas, chopper landing docks, a tropical resort and air show area, fire station, multiple views(PH00=Runway, PH01=Air show observation area-01, PH02=Private Air show observation area, PHFS Tower view=Tunnel observation area), old oil rigs, carrier force (no cables on CVN, you will need COP3 pack to land on CVN, Sorry), war ships on fire, cruise ships, oil tankers, airport parking for fighters and other craft, and the best part is that the playground is fun and very eco-friendly.

When looking for the abandon rig to the South you will want to head south at 172 for a few miles, a bit past the rig are some small boats. The Naval rescue group is to the north of the island at 350, and to the East at 060 following the runways direction you will run into the aftermath of a naval exchange, devastation and smoke is everywhere, it is dangerous so watch out, don�t want to get caught in the aftermath explosions. At a heading of 295 for a bout 50 + miles you will find some more abandon rigs which may be unstable so be careful when landing on them, it�s a good flight in a chopper and also a short hop if flying a seaplane. Oh, did I mention the resort on the island? Though this scenery is fictional, it is a good way to enjoy the sim and to let your imagination run wild with the freedom of flying. Have Fun and prepare to ROCK!

This place is in the middle of nowhere, with walls surrounding compounds, railways and roads connecting it all from a small Dock all the way to the main facility, most of which is underground (use your imagination, lol). Best flight using VFR from an airport would be �Sao Gabriel Da Cachoeira (SBUA)� (preferably with a chopper) and follow the river Northbound until you reach the first fork about 30+ Miles up the river, you will want to follow the �right fork� for about 40 Miles until you get to SSSX (Trazlock Chopper Re-Supply Base) You could land and pick up supplies, fuel up or just pass by. Just after the Supply Base you will encounter another fork in the river, follow it to the �Left� until you reach the Dock about 160-170+ Miles up the river (It�s a good flight), by then you should already know where the rest of the Facility is. Or you could just forget all of those directions and use a GPS, or spawn in at any of the chopper pads, lol.

This package features 8+ Chopper landing areas, a Chopper Re-Supply Base, a Research Facility which is very detailed and has lights for night time, a secret landing pad, and a whole lot of places to explore on the Facility, many different operations and flights can be conducted if you use your imagination, it is a good place to fly with friends, it�s fun and exciting in various weather conditions using VFR and is a challenge for experienced pilots to land at some of the LZ�s, it also takes a while to fly from the base to the facility so bring a snack on the way and watch out for birds when you arrive at the base and facility.

The scenery is fun, good on frames, cheap and is detailed, have fun!
