SHIPPING Although
we make every attempt to have items in stock, occasionally
we may list inventory as pre-order or backorder, indicating
that the item is not in stock. When possible, we will post
expected ship dates.
In most cases, you can expect delivery between 3-7 business
days after the item is back in stock.
ORDER CONFIRMATION
You will receive an order confirmation via e-mail within
two hours of placing your order. This confirmation will provide
you with your order number and indicate the total value of
the merchandise purchased.
PAYMENTS OPTIONS

cards. Please note that the billing party on your credit card
statement will appear as SimnetWork!.
If we are unable to process your credit card, please check
to ensure you entered the correct card number and expiration
date, and that the billing name and address you entered match
your credit card statement exactly.

Download products are not returnable and non-refundable unless
otherwise indicated . Any labor, installation services and
shipping charges are non-refundable.
SPECIAL POLICY FOR DOWNLOADABLE
PRODUCTS
We, simNetwork will provide customers the
software products purchased for download. We guarantee the
download availability of a product for 15 days from
the day of purchase. Within this period of time customers
are granted four (4) download processes. Customers shall be
responsible for saving and keeping download products after
that period of time and simNetwork will not be made liable
or held responsible for loss of the product on customers side. |
