FS2002/FS2004 Lockheed X-35B (F-35) |
FS2002/FS2004 Lockheed X-35B (F-35). This is an aircraft that participates in the JSF plan that the United States and Britain jointly develop the attack fighter for the next term. X-35A (CTOL) of the conventional take-off and landing type, X-35C (CV) of the type of loading onto warship, and X-35C (STOVL) of the short field take-off vertical landing type were developed. X-35B was developed by repairing X-35A. X-35B generates the buoyancy by the shaft drive type lift fan at the center of the body in addition to the varying type engine exhaust. As a result, a steadier hovering and vertical takeoff and landing are enabled. By Kazunori Ito. 1.7 mb |

FS2004 Leduc 022 |
FS2004 Leduc 022 complete package. The Leduc 022 was designed in the early fifties. The particularly weird design of this aircraft was intended to validate the concept of a jet fighter powered by a statojet engine, using a standard turbojet only for take off and climbing. Unfortunately, the program was stopped after only a couple of prototypes. The model has full moving parts and an original custom 2D panel (with an original bitmap). No VC. By Pat Grange. 9 mb |

These aircraft, purchased by Alitalia during 1947, operated as passenger liners in the first postwar long range flights until they were replaced with DC-4s in 1951. Textures set only in Alitalia I-AHBY (nickname 'Libeccio') livery for Manfred Jahn and Paul Edwards's FS2004 Avro Lancastrian. Repaint by Manuele Villa. 1.9 mb |
