 The MD-11 was the swansong for the Douglas Aircraft Company, its last great airliner. A derivative of the highly successful DC-10-30, the MD-11 featured an 18.5ft stretch, drag reducing supercritical wings and winglets, more powerful and efficient turbofan engines, and a revolutionary and spacious glass instrumented cockpit. A high degree of automation endows the MD-11 with precision guided flight from takeoff to landing. Although a commercial failure as a passenger plane, the MD-11 has become a highly valued transport for cargo airlines. Safety concerns have marred the MD-11's image in the past, but with the latest improvements in flight control software and using new electrical engineering methods, the MD-11 has become a true swan of the skies. LAB uses its 727s on domestic routes as well as on international routes around Central and South America. This aircraft, CP-2455, is represented in this first version of LAB's newest colors, which it wore between 2004 and 2005. Today it flies in the final scheme, which has a reduced amount of blue on the fuselage and tail. 32-bit, slightly weathered textures for a high quality repaint; much attention to detail, many photographs used in the making. | FS2004 PIA Airbus 310-308 |
 FS2004 PIA Airbus 310-308, registration AP-BEB. Pakistan International Airlines Airbus 310-308, wearing the Sindh tail, carrying the title "Thatta - Treasures of the Past". This airbus is one of PIA's owned Airbuses to recieve the new colors. A "Destination Pakistan 2007" logo is placed beyond the left side cockpit window. The engine casing and exhaust have been repainted to give a dark metallic look using textures extracted from real world photos of the actual airplane. The part where the wing joins the fuselage has also been repainted, with the front being in two shades of grey like the wing and the back being cream like the fuselage. The black lining of this part has been completely deleted as shown in real world photos to resemble the actual airplane. The aircraft registration is painted in big black letters on the bottom of the left wing and in thin green letters on the top of the right wing as done on the real aircraft. The rear doors have also been repainted to resemble the real aircraft. Complete pack, requires no external downloads. Textures in DXT3 format to avoid blurring.
