Adds a new, more realistic version of Terminal C from what few pictures could be found. Aprons, taxiways, and runways created from airport diagrams and Google Earth using AFCAD (using techniques from Jim Vile). Default jetways were excluded and replaced with Rwy12 and EZ Scenery versions that more realistically represent the real thing.
