Tested to work with Win2k; should also work with XP. It does not erase the files in FS2002 or FS2004, thus the originals files will be kept.  This tool lets you convert saved vasFMC flightplans into native MSFS flightplans. This way you can use the standard GPS that comes with FS9/FSX with up to date navigational information for autopilot navigation and for offline ATC using the built-in ATC in MSFS. | Destination Finder for FS9 v1.0 |
 In this program, you enter the ICAO code of your start airport, the distance you wish to fly, and the heading on which you wish to fly. The program will search through all the stock airports in FS9, and will compile a list of airports nearest to your desired destination. You can optionally specify a maximum and/or minimum length for the runway, whether the runway must have an ILS, a maximum elevation for the destination airport, and the runway surface (hard or soft or water). The program is really designed for the more casual simmer, who may take off from an interesting airport but not be sure of what airports there are available to land at. Or, perhaps, if you are planning a multi-leg trip, and know the general heading you want to go in, and the length of the flight, but are not sufficiently familiar with the area to know what airports are available at the other end. It is a standalone program, and uses FS9 airport and runway data, but, with that limitation in mind, it can equally be used with FSX or FS2002. Needs the .NET Framework 2.0.
