 A modified panel file for Paul Clawson's great P2y Ranger (here). Gauges in the 2D and VC have been re-arranged into an easier to read, symmetrical layout. The VC eyepoint has been moved into the pilot's seat. A throttle box was added to eliminate those "Floating" throttle and mixture levers. Gauges are from default DC-3. | FS2004 1930's Douglas DC-3 Panel Package |
 FS2004 1930's Douglas DC-3 Panel Package. This panel is basically photographic, using photos by the author, with yokes and Sperry photos by "Ralf B.". It is ADF only, as that's all pilots had back then. The package includes a photographic virtual panel, pop-up yokes, and a cabin photographed by Ben Wang, and populated by folks like Bogart and Bacall, Gary Cooper, etc. The overhead radios are graphics only, but digital tuners are built in, so they can be tuned. There are also pop-up radios with a modern AP (by Ernie Kennedy), as the Sperry is a photo only and not usable. However the engine emergency off and feather switches (by Andreas Jaros) do work, if the aircraft you use supports these features. Many of the gauges are default, including the workable ignition switches. The auther has re-painted some gauges to make them more like the 1930's. By James Underwood. 2 mb |

 FS2004 Audio-Visual Kneeboard. An audio-visual enhancement for the kneeboard of any aircraft. Ever wonder what the pilots are doing on those long flights while the passengers are watching a movie? Perhaps they too are watching their favorite flick. This simple enhancement will allow you to watch movies in several formats (AVI, WMV, MPG) or listen to music in several formats (MP3, WAV, WMA) on the kneeboard of any aircraft. This application does not replace any of the normal kneeboard references but simply adds an audio-visual option.
