FSX Update for the Henschel HSP-87 Prototype
This project was Henschel's design for a fast bomber to be powered by a single 2200 horsepower Daimler Benz DB 610 engine. A "Entenbauform" (built like a duck) design was used, with the tail in front and the wing to the rear. Vertical fins were located at the wingtips. The cockpit was in the forward fuselage with accomodations for a crew of three or four. The prototype construction was not begun, and the further development of tail-first aircraft was not pursued due to lengthy development time and design cost. This is an FSX update for the HSP-87, originally designed for FS2004 by Stephen Robinson. The aircraft works perfectly in FSX, but this update features a new 2D panel, smoke effect and additional camera views. Thanks to Steve Robinson for the awesome original model. New 2D panel, smoke configuration and additional camera views by Michael Pook. 13 mb

FSX P-61 Black Widow with new panels
This is a reupload of my earliar FSX update of the Northrop P-61 Black Widow, now with new authentic panels. The VC panel is static with non-functional gauges. New smoke has been added to the model as well. Credits go to Kazunori Ito for the original model, to Michael E. Roberts for two new repaints and to Erwin Welker for the excellent camera views. Me-109 Zwilling
The Messerschmitt development department received a directive in 1942 to begin work on a Zerstörer (destroyer, or heavy fighter). An earlier RLM directive of 1941 had tried to limit the amount of new designs coming from the major aircraft companies (to not disrupt the production lines with new aircraft), so it was decided to couple two Bf 109 fuselages together, along with a new center wing and tailplane section, to come up with the Me 109Z (Zwilling, or twin). A prototype was completed in early 1943, but it was damaged in an Allied air attack on the Messerschmitt test center, and the damage was deemed too severe for repair. The development was abandoned in 1944, and by then, the Me 262 jet fighter had taken wing. This is an update for the Me-109 Zwilling, recently converted for FSX by Eric Hertzberger. Its focus lies upon an improved and more realistic looking VC and interior, but I also added wing and vc lights, improved the FDE and added smoke effect as well as new thumbnails. Gauges are all authentic German in both the VC and 2D panel. This is the whole package for easy installation. Credits go to Daisuke Iga,Kazunari Shinada and Kawauso Hermitage for the original CF2 model and to Eric Hertzberger for his FSX conversion. All new updates by Michael Pook. 26 mb

FSX Vultee BT-13 Valiant with new panels
This is a reupload of Chuck Lawsen's earliar FSX update of Paul Clawson's Vultee BT-13 Valiant WWII prop trainer. However, this great model now features both a new reworked and improved VC with a lot more gauges and a new 2D panel matching the VC for the most part. New smoke has been added to the model too. Credits go to Chuck Lawsen for his FSX update and also thanks to the late Paul Clawson for the original model. Avro Vulcan B2 with VC
Avro Vulcan B2 with VC. However, the VC contained gauges but, strangely, they were not visible. Cirrus N210MS (real name unknown) has posted a native FSX conversion at SOH, which made it possible to incorporate the interior and VC from another native FSX model. So I've added the interior of the Alphasim Victor bomber to the Vulcan, which doesn't match the original panels in every respect but resembles them to some extent with original Vulcan gauges added. Also, new smoke and burner effects have been added, which are automatically activated by opening the throttle. This package includes the two default liveries (Camo and White) and is adressed particularly to those who would like to have a functioning VC with this beautiful Vulcan model. My idea was to bring it back to life for FSX users who like flying with VC view. Original model by Alphasim, credits go to the unknown designer Cirrus for his FSX conversion, to Philippe Wallaert for his phantastic Vulcan gauges and to FS Soundstudio (Darren Law) for the great original whine sound. May work in P3D v3 but will not work in V4. VC and 2D panels as well as all new effect configurations by Michael Pook. 35 mb

FSX/P3D 3/4 Lockheed P-3 Orion package
FSX/P3D 3/4 Lockheed P-3 Orion package. This is the great KBT P-3 Orion v3.31 package assembled with the models and liveries for Aerostar Firefighter, AEW US Customs & Border Protection, AEW US Customs Service, Lockheed WP-3D Hurricane Hunters Black and Grey Nose. The Lockheed P-3 Orion is a four-engine turboprop anti-submarine and maritime surveillance aircraft developed for the United States Navy and introduced in the 1960s. Lockheed based it on the L-188 Electra commercial airliner. The aircraft is easily distinguished from the Electra by its distinctive tail stinger or "MAD Boom", used for the magnetic detection of submarines. FSX Heinkel He-1079BC Prototype
This was the second design for the He P.1079B all-weather heavy fighter. The wings were swept back sharply and contained six fuel tanks. A crew of two sat back-to-back in the cockpit, and armament was to be four MK 108 30mm cannon. No evidence has been found that the P.1079 projects were ever submitted to the RLM, but it is known that designer Siegfried Günter, along with his engineers Eichner and Hohbach, were working on these designs under U.S. supervision during the summer of 1945. This is an FSX update for the He-1079, originally designed for FS2002 by Stephen Robinson and updated for FSX by Keith Hackett in 2010. This new update features a new gauge configuration for the VC and a 2D panel has been added as well, both with now all German authentic gauges. Furthermore, smoke, burner effect and new camera views have been added also. The new livery (green camo) has been made by myself. Thanks to Steve Robinson for the original model, to Keith Hackett for the earliar FSX update, to Hauke Keitel for most of the gauges and to Mark Cranston for the sound. New 2D panel and gauge configuration, new livery and smoke and burner effect as well as additional camera views by Michael Pook. 29 mb

FSX/FSXacceleration Republic F-84F Thunderstreak
The Republic F-84F Thunderstreak was an American-built swept-wing turbojet fighter-bomber. While an evolutionary development of the straight-wing F-84 Thunderjet, the F-84F was a new design. In 1949, a swept wing version of the F-84 was created with the hope of bringing performance to the level of the F-86. The last production F-84E was fitted with a swept tail, a new wing with 38.5 degrees of leading edge sweep and 3.5 degrees of anhedral, and a J35-A-25 engine producing 5,300 pound-force (23.58 kN) of thrust. The aircraft was designated XF-96A. 53 mb

FSX only Cessna 170B Package
FSX only Cessna 170B. In 1952, the Cessna 170B was introduced featuring a new wing tapered outboard of the flaps, incorporating dihedral similar to the military version. The B model was equipped with very effective modified Fowler (slotted, rearward-traveling) wing flaps which deflect up to 40° adapted from the C-305/Bird Dog. FSX Heinkel P-1079a Nightfighter
In 1945, the German Air Ministry requested new designs for a new generation of jet fighters such as the Horten Ho 229 and Focke Wulf Ta 183. One of these designs was the Heinkel He P.1079. The initial design, known as the P.1079A, was a V-tail night fighter with wings that featured a 35 degree sweepback. The second and third designs were flying wings with a single vertical fin which replaced the V-tail of the P.1079A. The P.1079.B2 was a completely tailless flying wing. None of the three designs were ever produced, with development work ceasing at the end of World War II. This is an update of the Nightfighter, originally designed by Andreas Becker. The focus of this update lies upon the panels, now featuring mostly German gauges to give them a more authentic appearance, being that this aircraft was a German design. In adition, tha VC has been entirely reworked and now contains some more gauges. All credits go to Andreas Becker for the original model, new panel updates by Michael Pook. 17.4 mb

FSX Curtiss F-11 Hawk2 with updated panels
This is an FSX update for the Curtiss F-11 Hawk II, originally designed for FS2004 by Eduardo Padul, and features the original Columbian Army livery and two German textures. The latter depict two planes purchased by the German government in 1934 for the famous WWII pilot Ernst Udet. After a crash with the D-IRIK he used D-IRIS as his private aircraft until the outbreak of WWII. The package features both an entirely revised and enhanced VC and 2D panel. Thanks to Eduardo Padul for the original model, to Caz Dalton for the repaints, to Tim Dement for the sound file and Tom Eads for the engine model.
