 FSX/FS2004 Goodyear F2G Super Corsair The Super Corsair was based around the powerful Pratt & Whitney R-4360 Wasp Major engine, which was capable of providing 3000 hp, a big increase on the 2000 hp engine used in the original Corsair. In addition, an all-round vision bubble-type canopy was installed. The new aircraft was technically a great success. It could reach a speed of over 450 mph, fast enough to intercept the Japanese kamikaze aircraft at a safer distance from the carriers. However, before the F2G could enter full production it became clear that the war was coming to an end. Only 10 production aircraft were completed before the order was cancelled.   The Avia 56 Project for MSFS2004/FS9 ACof - VERSION 1.0 by Milton Shupe, Nigel Richards, and Matt Wynn, with contributions by Bill Ortis and Oleboy with help from SOH members. Functional VC model included; Pkg incl seven Aircraft models (wheels, floats, amphibs, skis) with 13 textures, a great flight model, authentic and awesome radial custom sounds, custom panels, easy-to-read clickable virtual cockpits, and superbly crafted exterior and interior textures. This aircraft release is one in series of real world Avia aircraft designed by Czech engineer Robert Nebesar. The first was the Avia 51 and 156.  The Bulldog was a training aircraft developed by Scottish Aviation from the Beagle Pup light aircraft, the prototype first flying in 1969. Main user was the RAF, with others going to Nigeria, Kenya, Jordan, Ghana, Sweden,(as the SK-61) and Malta. Several are also on the Civil register. This plane has full FS animations, shiney tex's and V-Cockpit with some custom gauges. Includes RAF, Maltese, And Swedish paint schemes, the Swedish scheme having its own SK-61 model.
