 The Robert Christopher 2004 flight simulator Lancair Legacy 2000 modified and updated completely for Flight Simulator X. The Legacy provides additional passenger and luggage space as well as increased performance. Using a 310 hp Continental IO-550-N, the Legacy achieves cruise speeds in excess of 300 mph. Painted in a rich red and white with gold trim. Updated flight dynamics now has a added NOS boost cruise up to 400 mph. | FS2004/FSX Heinkel He112b |
  The He 112 fighters were designed by Heinkel in response to Luftwaffe's call for a monoplane fighter that could attain a high speed, which the He 112 design fulfilled, but the contract eventualy went to the Messerschmitt Bf 109 design due to He 112's expensive price tag and perhaps partially due to the crashes during performance review. | FS2004/FSX Bf 109F Friedrich |
 Early in 1940, Messerschmitt designed a major improvement to the Bf 109. The "F" model was planned to include structural and aerodynamic changes and a higher performance powerplant, the 1350 horsepower DB 601E. By tucking the radiators more tightly into the wings, the designers reduced drag and improved lift. The cowling was streamlined, the spinner enlarged, the propeller blades widened and shortened, the wingtips rounded, and the tail plane bracing struts removed. About 2200 Friedrichs were built.  FSX-FS2004 Mustang P-51a On September 9, 1940, only 102 days after the contract had been signed, the NA-73X prototype was rolled out though still waiting for its engine. The new fighter was named Mustang by the British, and the first British version was designated Mustang I. As soon as it was available, the 1,120hp Allison V-171 0-39 power plant was installed, and engine and taxi tests began. By comparison, Mustangs with the Allison engine could outperform the Merlin-powered variants below 15,000 feet. When production of the Allison-engined Mustang ended, 1580 examples had been built. | P-40 Warhawk: The Experiments Package |
  After the successful release of the "Aces of the Commonwealth" package for FSX featuring the Curtiss P-40E Kittyhawk, we decided to exercise our imagination and provide a new product featuring two new variations of the P-40 Warhawk, the P-40T and P-40X. The P-40T is a twin seat, twin engine variant of the P-40 airframe. Whilst the U.S. did experiment with a twin engine concept of the P-40C during wartime, it was plagued with poor stability issues and never went into production. The P-40X is a single seat P-40E with clipped wings and a contra-rotating propeller on a Merlin engine system.
