 An old college buddy and his wife are on their way to Europe for a month. They live in Alamogordo, but need to catch their flight in El Paso. He just called up and asked if you would take them in his Mooney Bravo; as payment, he will let you "take care" of it while they are gone. The flight from Alamogordo airport to El Paso runs through a narrow corridor between two military-restricted airspaces. The easiest way through is to fly VFR and follow the highway. He has flown the route many times and will guide you through it. You will start at a parking spot at Alamogordo airport.  FSX Mission--MIA...Finding Arby. On October 31, 1944 Lt. Arby Goldsony took off in his DC-3 from Mavis AAF Base in New Zealand. His flight was to deliver Capt. Joseph Allison to Flikker Field in Australia carrying some orders for the 13th P-51 Squadron based there. No one ever heard of Arby and his crew from that day on. Since the end of WW2, Amy Goldsony wife of Arby, has been trying to find out about her MIA husband. Now the MMPRG (MIA military personnel recovery Group) has placed Arby's name on their New Zealand and other islands expedition. Finally, maybe Arby and his crew might be found and brought home. The expedition has received information from Aki natives in Chatham Island that around 1944 during a terrible thunderstorm, typical of the area, within the roar of thunder, grandfathers of the islanders heard what they thought was the sound of aircraft engines. You are new in this trade we know that so searching for lost aircraft over the jungles of the Pacific Islands is a "speciality" which requires good flying skills and good eyes. | Daredevil Rescue |
 Dirko Marik, well known mountanier from Poland, joined the "Golden Lake" expedition to climb some of the highest mountains in New Zealand. Now he lies near his tent in pain and with a very high chance of dying if he is not taken as fast as possible to a hospital... This morning while climbing near the lake camp Dirko moved a rock and to his surprise a large bluish snake jumped an bit him in his left leg, his friends brought him down to the camp and inmediatly called for help over the radio link. The call was transfered to the Mountain Police outpost in Glentaner (NZGT) where a flight has been set up.....the main problem is that the target lake is very small and is located in a very deep gorge, so a small amphibian or floatplane that can land very slowly will have to be used...........are you ready for the task??? | Journey To Italy |
 The story: Working too hard you need some holidays. Catch up your friends and fly to lake Garda, Italy. The mission starts in Germany(EDDS), you have to perform an intermediate landing in ETSI near Munich(Bavaria, there is the Hofbräuhaus;) ), then you have to fly to Italy(LIPO) and land south of the Lake Garda. Airplane is the default Learjet 45, the mission takes about 75mins. Sounds are a little bit quiet, you can hear it better if you switch to tower view.
