 Version 1.7 Update includes: Extensive texture rework Freeware 3D landing light effect Flare Effect Smoke Effect Minor panel updates Sp1,SP2 & Acceleration. This upgrade to Mike Stone's F-111F aircraft adds a Weapons System Operator Panel with Working TERRAIN FOLLOWING RADAR scope that shows accurate ground mapping ahead of aircraft in 5, 10 or 15 mile ranges, THREAT WARNING DISPLAY shows airborne AI aircraft in 20 or 40 mile ranges, Ground Attack RADAR displays airports as ground targets and ground terrain in ranges of 5,10,30,80 and 200 miles. INS panel displays digital readout of latitude, longitude, and altitude, TFR and TWR gauges automatically change brightness between day and night to match lighting conditions. New Autopilot and Lighting control panels. The aircraft have the missing Nav, Tail and Beacon lights added. The cockpit lighting has been change from white to red and the formation lights have been changed to their correct color. A new afterburner effect has been added. | FS2004 Curtiss C-46 Commando |
 This is a modification of Libardo Guzman's C-46 version 1. Gmax modifications by Tom Gibson. Updates include: VC panel is now sharper. VC levers now operate properly, and include mixture and cowl flap levers. VC without crew is available. Versions with four bladed props (both VC crew and without crew) are available. Wing views included. Updated flight dynamics. There are now three separate versions of the plane, classic era US and European version (no high blower), WWII era USAAF version (vintage panel, high blower, higher weights), and modern era South American version (high blower, strobes, modern panel, etc.) Modern panel by Pete Ham. You can load cargo into the fuselage hold, if you wish. Use the tailhook key to load the cargo. There are exhaust flames when the throttle is increased - blue for medium throttle, orange/red for high throttle. The main wheels have been enlarged slightly. Version 1 textures are compatible. The first L-60 were used for agriculture, had 300 litres tank chemical dispenser and spreading equipment. Version K-60 for military purposes was fitted in the rear of the cab with a machine gun MG-15 7.92 mm calibre and two bomb racks under the fuselage.
