| FSX Stinson 108 Voyager |
  The Stinson 108 was a 4 place single engine plane produced from right after WW2 into the 1950's. It was quite successful because it had good short field performance and could carry a good load for its size. It was the darling of many flying farmers during those years. I never had the chance to ride in one, but saw many during my teenage flying days in Bozeman Montana. A lot of ranchers would fly their 108's into Gallatin Field for maintenance. I would like to give special thanks to Mike Mire over at the Sim-Outhouse for providing some detail info and photo's that made this a viable project. This is a FSDSv3 project. It has the usual FS9 animations, DXT3 textures, transparent glass etc. It has nav and landing lights controlled by the "L" key or the appropriate panel switches. We flew the radio range because there wasn't anyting else back in those days. I have seen a couple of receivers that would be realistic but they are commercial products. | FSX Lockheed C-130H Hercules USAF |
  This aircraft is built for FSX. The aircraft should work in FS2004, but I long longer directly support it. The base textures folder in this zip file contains base (unpainted) texture files for use in repainting. Shift-E to open the forward crew door. Shift-E then 2 opens the rear cargo doors and lowers the ramp. The side doors are activated with the tail hook function. You may need to assign your own key to this function for it to work. | FSX Beriev Be-103 |
  the Be-103 light multipurpose amphibious aircraft is a monoplane with low-set water-displacement wing with a root strake, all-moving horizontal tail located in the propeller blow zone, and tricycle landing gear. A unique feature of the amphibious aircraft includes implementation of a water-displacement wing concept, which improves seaworthiness and stability when moving on water. The aircraft is fitted with MTV-12-D-C-F-R (M) variable-pitch three-blade reversible propellers. The low-set wing (in relation to hull) provides for wing-in-ground effect during take-off and landing. Thanks to this feature the aircraft does not need flaps and can skim on the wing trailing edges. This fixes some minor issues but does NOT fix the gauges in the virtual cockpit.   This is an updated version of my Mirage G8, including 5 versions (single pilot or two seats) + a new 2D panel. The Dassault Mirage G8 was a twin engine fighter with variable sweep wings ("swing wings"), a very singular design for a Dassault aircraft. The Mirage G8 flew for the first time on May 8th, 1971, and demonstrated immediately an impressive level of performance, reaching Mach 2.04 during its 3rd flight ... The G8 was one of the guest stars during Paris Air Show in 1971.   The Martin Seamaster had a very colourful history, well documented on the net, for anyone who is interested,so I do not propose to give a detailed account. The aircraft has always been a favourite of mine and it made a big change for me to produce it,as my usual contributions being vintage prop aircraft. So what do you get ? I have tried my usual methods to produce an authentic looking visual model,with good flight characteristics using only default instruments etc. and in this instance,it certainly pleases me! | FSX Piper PA-34 |
 FSX Piper PA-34. Since its introduction in 1971 as the PA-34-200 Seneca I, the aircraft has undergone many changes. In 1975, responding to complaints about the aircraft's handling qualities, Piper introduced the PA-34-200T Seneca II. In 1981, the PA-34-220T Seneca III was introduced. The change in model designation reflects an engine upgrade. After the major upgrades of the Seneca II and III, model revisions were less drastic. In 1994, the "New" Piper company introduced the Seneca IV. This aircraft was much the same as the Seneca III but offered a streamlined engine cowl for increased cruise performance. Finally, in 1998 the Seneca V was released. Again the cowls were redesigned for increased performance, several cockpit switches were relocated from the panel to the headliner and a slightly different engine variant was used, but this aircraft is very similar to the III and IV models.
