can some one teach me how to do repaints make new aircraft new panels and make senery and/or if you need to get a program to do it |

depends if you want made them for fsx or fs2004...for fs2004 it's easier(but not as you can imagine) there many different program gmax and FS Design Studio V3.5 from abacus for fsx and fs2004 cfs2 cfs3
