fs2004 to fsx conversion? |

I downloaded the Gulfstream IV. I guess it's originally a 2004 aircraft.
When I went to unzip it, I used the install program contained with the aircraft to istall it. It didn't work. All it did was put the aircraft file in my main FSX directory. Then I unzipped it onto my desktop and put the aircraft file in my proper aircraft directory and it still didn't work. Can anybody help me, please? This seems to be the case with a lot of aircraft I download here.

fs2004 rarely works into fsx they use a different sdk |

Why would they list the aircraft as 2004/fsx if it won't work in fsx?

you wrote fs2004 aircraft so i thought were fs2004 only..seems you have maked a wrong installation then usually missing panel sound or aircraft.cfg folder. i will check if i can help you and answer to you soon

I would appreciate that....i've been looking for months for a GIII,
Thanks, I'd appreciate that. I've downloaded all the gulfstreams you have on here and get the same results with every one of them. If it makes a difference I'm running Windows Vista.
