Missing airports in Spain & Italy |

I have downloaded many addons including Mesh files for Spain and Italy. I believe some of these addons can raise the alltitude of the ground so hiding airports and making cities flat. E.G Rome: I can't find Vatican City. How can I correcrt this? I don't remember what mesh or other files I downloaded.
