Is there anyway to move the control tower camera view to the ground, and outside the tower?

if you move outside the tower is not anymore a control tower camera. if you want change camera view you have to modify the aircraft.cfg file under camera section.
You can move the tower camera on the ground with a program called airport design editor or ade
it is freeware |
