I read from a different site, that no 4th disc is needed by downloading a small exe. program? Here is the link, and has anyone done it yet? I downloaded it, but not tried it "yet"

yes it's called

NOCD file for FS2004

can be downloaded from FS2004 UTILITIES SECTION
