1) Whats the difference between a 2d and 3d cockpit? and how do i know which one i have and can you change between the two?

2) on the missions, the airlines have like addons such as flight attendents speaking, is there a way to have that all the time

In the 2D, the panel says fixed in front of you, but you can look out various sides and display additional panels such as throttle, radio stack, etc. In the 3D, you can actually look around a virtual cockpit. This takes a bit more computer resources. You can make the selection as to which the default is, in the settings.

I am not aware of any, but I haven't really looked for that.
