why in fsx if you crash in something or on the groung the aircraft has no damage?
and sometimes if i´m on the finla approach and i will set the touch down the gears sank in the runway and than the flight is over

The actual damage - either in the form of breakaway parts and/or textures must be included in the visual model.

I believe that the "damage" setting is to either allow the simulation to stop the flight when you actually crash, or it "jumps" and you resume the flight.
