Thank you for your reply as seen on your words
"i am seeing from the error message that panel and cockpit was maked with gauges from fs98 2002 then they do not definitively works with FSX, it wasn't a problem caused by Vista. Gauges for fsx needs to be at least for fs2004, previous version doesn't works.
The panel should be re-maked with FSX compatible gauges, also for the thruttle control"
I agree with you but I fail to comprehend why did the author of this wonderful free download software of FSX Concorde says it is for 2004 and FSX on your cool download section for airlines??
So how do I correct those problems since I am totally new to Flight Simulator?? I am not programming genuis. All I did was to download that great freeware program and followed all specific instructions.
I went to that author's website only to find out he was fed up with Microsoft and thankless tasks that he decided to announce his retirement from flight simulators on his website. That means I cannot ask him for help.
Please advise

unfortunately you can't do nothing if the author didnt make a new panel...or you have to learn how made new panel.
please use always the same topic   before start new one always about same argument or people will goes on confusion with 3 threads on same topic.
