Problem with creating online account |

Hey everyone.
I'm not sure if this is the right board to post this so if it's wrong I'm sorry.
Today I've tried to create an account on FSX for online but it keeps saying that the password isn't alphanumeric format.
Can someone please help me with this, I even searched google and wikpedia for alphanumeric passwords but it keeps giving the same error.

alphanumeric password means that you have to choice a password as
jack1234
word and number
if this was the question |
